Who we are

Clwydian Academy is the trading name of Charlotte Eleanor Academy C.I.C., a Community Interest Company based in St Asaph, Denbighshire, North Wales. For anything in this policy, contact markp@charlotteeleanorgroup.uk.

What this website collects

Nothing, by itself. This site sets no analytics or advertising cookies and runs no trackers. Fonts are served by Google Fonts, whose servers receive standard technical request data (such as your IP address) when the font files load; no other third-party services run on the site. Our web host (GitHub Pages) may keep standard server logs, which we do not access for profiling.

When you contact us

The registration form works through your own email app — pressing send creates an email from you to us. We receive only what you send: typically your name, contact details and what you’re interested in. We use it to respond to your enquiry, keep you informed about the courses or services you asked about, and for nothing else. We don’t sell or share your details, and you can ask us to delete them at any time.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law (UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018) you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal data we hold about you, and you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk) if you believe we’ve handled your data improperly. Email us and we’ll act promptly.
